I have received numerous phone calls from all the respected parties involved, and hopefully we can put everything to an end tomorrow. I was supposed to make it to the post office this afternoon but it didnt happen. sorry. We have been waiting for the intake to arrive at our shop, and today were we notified it was sent to the PO box (so its probably just sitting there). With the shop move i havent had time to sleep yet alone make all these extra trips.. lol
Communication is key, and given the circumstances (us moving shops, shipper having some personal issues to deal with etc) things probably werent communicated as well as they should have been.
So for now, everyone just hold tight
