Red/Red Ty on HorsePower TV on TNN

I may be late with this but.. did anyone else see the Red/Red Ty on HorsePower TV? They were talking about the DB Drags and the camera panned over a few cars and one was a Ty.
Anyone know anything about this truck? We should get it to come to the Nats

But still no info on the truck.. Where is it and how do we get it to the Nats??
