raptor tranny? Roadmaster tranny?

what is everyone's opinion on tranny rebuilds.. Has anyone used the mega raptor tranny, or know of anyone who has. What about the roadmaster tranny. Does anyone know of any information on these transmissions. Would it be better to send it to john waller and have a rebuild done. What about blake, i've heard he does good work too. Send me your opinions on each option. I just need to get the best rebuild the first time around .

yeah, waller and blake and probably a few others could build a trans for you.
just DON'T go to a regular trans shop that has no experience with syty's or real performance transmissions.

Lynn lived pretty close to them. I hope he gets taken care of.
I'd heard he broke an input shaft on his original tranny that got him started on this in the first place.

your best bet if to call or drop them an e-mail from their contact page. I got some of my parts through Hartman so I dont know what the exact build cost will be, plus the do have some options, but I cant remember if they apply to just the Street/Strip trans or the Hi-Pro also.

yep. and their race vettes too i think. call lingenfelter and ask them who they reccomend and they will tell you carl.. they use yank converters. on that subject i have no info or opinion
