Racetronic fuel pump kit

I have the racetronic fuel pump kit and need help

1- theres no instructions
does any one have a set?

2- The valve in the tank in bad on mine
It doesn't hold pressure when the key is off and takes a bit to start
I don't see a new one In the kit.
Is this seprete?
