Hey all, I'm not on here much, but I figure I need some help so it's worth a shot. Here's my setup:
Bored 30 over, SRP Pistons, JE rods, ARP hardware, Stock blueprinted cam, Double Roller Cam chain, Stock heads with new valvetrain, Rebuilt turbo with larger compressor and whatnot, Stock exhaust, stock intake with KandN drop in, AFPR, Walbro fuel pump, 50lb injectors, 3 bar MAP, reprogrammed chip from Waller Performance....i think thats it.
So the rebuild is recently finished...and i'm having issues. Whenever I get a little hard on it, not romping quite yet since it's a fresh rebuild...the engine cuts out high RPM's, almost like it's hitting fuel cut off? Boost leak? I'm at a loss. It seems to run fine except for a strange ticking coming from the AFPR or injectors...not sure which. I was having this problem with it cutting out before the rebuild too though...and it was bone stock before the rebuild. I'd appreciate any input anyone can give me...I'm willing to try anything at this point. Please let me know if any other info is needed to help at least get me in the right direction for troubleshooting...
Thanks,
Colin
