Not from today, but this past Saturday... took my Dad to our local Rod Run/Car Show where I had the Sy entered...

Didn't have a lot of time to take pics of cars, but there were about 120 there and almost all were pretty darn awesome.

It's a pretty special setting.... they block off our entire main street and have food vendors in the central plaza... playing '50's music all day... lots of fun for Dad and I

Here it is! In the driveway. The cladding is at Marks getting fixed. I should be ready to pick it up in 2 weeks!

Is that aftermarket tint you have on the rear windows 2500avalanche? If so, what percent is it?

Thanks they are powdercoated.At first, I hated them, but they grew on me, and the truck does look mean with them on! It doesn't look good for nats this year. I am getting new tires on it this weekend, cladding is going to be done, but I still need to get an exhaust on it. I should be able to order it and get in inspected by the end of August. I plan on going to Carlisle a couple times, but I will be in for for next year, and I will come out to some GTG on the East side of PA. Have to meet you and see that truck of yours!

Never been a fan of red/gry.....but red/blk with black rims.... i likey. Post some more when you get it done.

btw, that looks like 5% on your windows. Turns the windows pure black...I love it...you should do the doors too if you can get away with it (its illegal in most every state). I have 5% on my sy and had 2% on my former Ty 366.

Never been a fan of red/gry.....but red/blk with black rims.... i likey. Post some more when you get it done.

btw, that looks like 5% on your windows. Turns the windows pure black...I love it...you should do the doors too if you can get away with it (its illegal in most every state). I have 5% on my sy and had 2% on my former Ty 366.

It is still red/gray. The rims were powder coated the same color as the cladding. It is a dark gray, but needs redone.

Thanks for the compliment! It needed a lot of TLC, but it has been geting it. It will need a repaint in the next few years, but I like it the way it is!

This has been covered in depth. I got it cheap. Too rare...could make a killing if I sold it, but I love it too much.

Thanks. Power and cargo light are a plus. Retail is too expensive. I was lucky enough to find a new kit that nobody wanted....practically gave it away.

Nice truck! Does that have 17x11's on the back? Also, is your rocker cladding cracked or is that the picture?
