possible future race (funny story)

yeah, so about a week ago, this dude I went to HS with (lets call him Mr. Bullshit) went out and bought himself a new Nissan 350Z. Now keep in mind, I havent gone out of my way to talk to him in probably over a year now and he litterally lives 1 block away from me. I only heard about him getting this car last night and wouldnt you know it, tonight his dumbass walked into the house party I was at.

Again, this is the first time I have seen or talked to him in well over a year and whats the first thing he says...."hey, you hear I got a new car?"

My reply was "why yes, as a matter of fact did, when do you wanna run that piece of shit?"

Now he's all like, "how about right now?"

Well, unfortunately, my truck is blocked in right now and I even walked to the party since it wasnt that far away, PLUS I had been drinking, but I replied "Im not racing you now, besides my truck is blocked in."

So then he starts all the usual comments, trying to insult me and egg me on, ect.
Well then I ask "Well where are we gonna race and for how much?"

He goes, "How about to the Parkway and back and Ill race you for slips."

(for those who dont know where I live, the Parkway is approximately 18 miles from where we were at, 9 miles south and 9 miles west.)

So now Im like, "Dude, thats not a race, thats just a retarded high speed road trip. Thats not going to determine anything more than who can catch the most green lights or run from the cops the best, neither of which Im wasting my time with."

Now he's back to his BS comments and I basically said, "Look, when your ready for a real race, how about we go to the track and I dont want your car, but Ill take your cash, so bring some."

He sorta agreed to that, cause supposedly another one of our friends wants to race his new Subaru also, so there might be some future kills and some future cash in my pocket thanks to my stupid shit talking friend :)

I guess I should order a set of 50# injectors though and call up Green for a chip that will work with my combo cause Im kinda skeered to make anymore passes on my stock injectors with the PTE52 and crappy boost control :D

Anyway, I just wanted to share, im kinda lit up right now and wanted to type it out before I passed out, heh. If anything comes of this Ill let everyone know.

If his business is stock, RUN IT RAGGED!!!!!!!!!!! My truck is stock and racing against a buddy's 350Z was the worst waste of gas ive had,...ever \W/ :evil: \W/. I hear ya on the swervness, Im getten all crunk :lol: as I type :drinking: !!!! Easy money man!!!-yeah!

Yeah, I just have this sinking feeling that this will be the one time something decides to go wrong. Im gonna order a set of 50#'ers next week and I just dropped someone a nice IM about possibly doing up a chip for me.

Id like to try and get everything in and tuned before this joker chickens out on me.

I know the feeling bro, almost everytime I take typhoon out (like tonight after trying to fix it, and its still broke :x ) Shoot, when I ran that 350Z, I basically didnt have a functional IC (cold winter day so... :-? ) They CANNOT stick it, zero traction.

Still, If I had the option, Id wait it out untill you get the 50#s and chip, and completely humiliate him, bring friends to witness the slaughter! :lol:

Morgan you don't need to buy jack to kill that crappy 350Z.You could do a 0 boost launch and still pull mega buslengths on him.I raced one in KC and put about 20 cars on him with 3 passengers with me.

It's funny that these clowns think those POS cars are actually fast.They are adequate for homos,but are absolutely no contest from a light or a roll.

Barely beat him,then run him again for double or nothing :lol:

Those bigmouth idiots never race. I bet he was just talking sh*t ,and will back out and then tell his buddies he beat You or You backed out or something. But if he IS retarded enough to race a Ty in that turd then he deserves to lose it. Take his car , make a doghouse out of it and put it on the front porch.

I wont race him for slips cause the bitch will never actually produce the title, he will just go cry to his daddy or something, who also happens to be the mayor of my town. This guy was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, im sure many people know others like this and where im coming from.

The only thing i might be able to get from him (other than smashing his ego) is some money, but only if I can find a 3rd party person to go/witness and hold the cash and wont be intimidated by his "tough guy" attitude if he happens to want his money back after he looses.

I know I dont NEED to buy anything to beat him, my best time is more than 1 second faster than what Car and Driver says that car can even do, and he's no professional driver either.

I wanna get the bigger injectors so I dont "beat myself" when im running 132% duty cycle on the top end of the track like I did last time I had it out.
