Pistons, rods, rings - are these right?

I did search, which got me to this point. But having never rebuilt an engine before, I just want to make sure these are the ones I need.

I think Mike hood has the rods cheaper. I got mine from Amazon. I think they were $388 shipped. I ordered pistons from Rpm, since they had a good reputation with our trucks. They came as a set with rings.

good luck finding the trw slugs . They have been discontinued for a couple years . the next best thing
are the srp pistons which are part # 139632 if i remember correctly . Check with the vendors here like R.P.M or mike hood '' sytyguy '' , or sportmachines . they go for around $ 425 for the set . good luck with build !

I remember when I tried to order them, sealed power or trw pistons, that they were discontinued even though they were listed on the site. You could try again, but a year ago they weren't available.

Eagle has gone up on their price. I still have the cheapest price AFAIK and will match anyone's regular price that has it in stock.

Order placed. thanks, and summit doesn't have single pistons, only sets of 8 for $475.

good start . just fyi you may have to clearance the block for the rod bolts and clearance the oil pan too.

I have a set of trw slightly used pistons with stock rods, .30. I didn't know they were discontinued.
