Pic of Razor's alky kit wiring (56k = teh no)

I wanted to make sure I had everything right for Razor's (Julio) alky kit, so I organized and labelled everything.

Here is a pic to help clear things up and show how simple this kit really is.

Notes:

-- the connector with the black/grey wires at the top is for the alocohol level sender. it is shown with the LED Razor includes in his kit.

-- the purple wire coming out of the control box that is grounded should NOT be used by everyone at first until you understand how it works. It is used for turning off the system to build boost at the line.

-- all wires, connectors, hand wipes, loom, sleeving, solder, sandwiches, everything you need, etc. is included in the kit. most complete kit ever.

Right on!! :D I got all the hardware installed for my kit just needed to do the wiring yet. This will help out alot!! Thanks!

Here are some pics of the kit installed with a RPM intercooler core.
We hide the pump just above the IC. We also used the factory coolant bottle. We used the old bottle to mock up the placement of the level sender and got a new bottle once it was sorted out.

Tony hooked up the level sender so that when it is triggered (low level state) it poweres down the boost soliniod and turned on the low turbo coolant light in the dash.

Razors kit is awesome!! It comes with everything you need and the results speak for them selves. Deans Full wieght Typhoon ran 11.3@119 @19 psi on pump gas thru the muffler. We have to put his truck on the dyno yet to really dial it in this was the first time at the track and my highway tune.

Nolan, Did you drill and tap the RPM intercooler piping for the sprayer? Did you have to add a fitting or is that 90degree the sprayer that comes with the kit?

It is our own piping but I just drilled the hole. The kit comes with the 90degree fitting and jet. The kit comes with everything you need and more!!! I highly recommend it my truck will be getting one over the winter.

Nolan, my question is how is the hole for the jet sealed? did it require taping or does the jet use a gasket or somthing. I'll be installing one soon and had a question with your pump location, How long was your feed line from the pump to the jet?

I'm wondering myself how the nozzle is sealed properly. With my old SMC kit, the IC was drilled and the nozzle was screwed in like this and it would seep alky onto the manifold under heavy spray. I'd like to have a bung welded in or something, but I'm not sure if there's an M10 alky nozzle that would fit a bung. Will probably just end up drilling my new RPM IC pipe, but will do a little more research first.

i can get you a weld in bung, plus I have an M10 alky nozzle in my toolbox so I'll know the thread pitch and the length the bung needs to be. Call and tell me what material your A2A pieps are(alum. or SS/whatever)and the thickness of the wall/dia. of pipe and I'll check tommorrow am if we've got 'em.you may need a tubing notcher to seet the bung against the pipe, prolly not if you want the nozzle in the flat part where it ovals before the tb. holla back.

Well, it's the RPM intercooler kit and the piping is pretty thin aluminum. I'm not even sure if welding a bung into it is feasible, but I'm no expert. This guy opted to do the standard drill and screw method like I did with my old SMC kit, not sure who's motor this is:

I'd rather not screw it in like this because I'm thinking it could leak boost and/or alky. Has anyone mated an M10/M15 alky nozzle up to a bung (love that word)? If worse comes to worse, I'll just drill the intercooler pipe, screw it in, and seal it with some RTV around the edge. Just wondering what others have done. On a separate note, here's the RPM 60-1 turbo that came today. I just need ATR headers to put this thing back together, but the guy who ordered them for me has been stalling for months:

Once I get the headers, I'll have them reinforced and then coated with the good stuff. Transfer case and front/rear shafts will be going back in this weekend. Then I need to mount the Derale cooler under the bed somewhere and run the 6AN braided lines (fun, fun).

i can get you one,I'm sure. Aluminum is the best bet when looking for something like that. I have an xtra nozzle so I'll know the thread and legth it needs to be. if you mount it on the round section of the pipe you'll probably need to notch the tube to get a good fit before welding. or if space permits(never!!)mount it on the flat part of the pipe near the TB. That's assuming your A2A has an oval to round alum. cone off the TB.Call me.
