Not an original but a nice replacement that has a OEM appearance:
Extang Full Tilt. <<Link.
It has a couple features the original doesn't. The cross bows are wider and have spring loaded bows that are easy to remove, the whole cover comes off when tilted above 45 degrees for easy full bed access, it has a tilt feature with pressurized lift shocks so it can tilt to put items in the bed, it even has snaps that are adjustable for tension-(you can flip them to adjust the tension in the tracks.) for a tight cover.
