oil on stock turbo to I/C hose.

I have the stock turbo to I/C hose and it getting old, but thats not what im concerned about. It does have cracks in it i can see the metal spring that holds it shape in a few spots. But in those spots there is also oil. so the Q is how is it getting there? could the turbo be going bad (dont know anything about how there oiled), the vent back to the airbox and air cross over bring oil into the line. i will take the hose off and see how much is in there and will look at the airfilter and crossover as well. Any other ideas or explenations for the oil?

Most probably it comes through the front PCV valve. Check the vacuum line from the PCV. It's connected to your crossover. Also check the PCV or just replace them.

Look down in the orange turbo to crossover tube 90 and see how much oil is in there. If there is just a small amount I would say it's just your PCV system acting normally but if there is a lot then you might want to check your engine out for blow-by.
