3 hours tops from the Bronx. Easier than the 4+ hour ride I've taken to south jersey for the other meets.

Albany sounds good. Its around 2-2 1/2 hrs from NYC.
Take the TriBoro to the Major Deegan, which becomes I-87 over the Tappan Zee and your on the Thruway, then get off exit 24 and you're there. Pretty much a straight run. I usually do Gloversville (exit 28) door to door in 3 hours...

Sounds good to me though we'll prolly have to park to the left of Hooters as from what I can remember from my college days up there that the parking lot was always packed in front of Hooters. Here's the address for anyone who want to plug it into Mapquest.
