Sighted on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard (Just outside of San Rafael, Ca., Just north of San Francisco for those not familiar.) headed west, one dirty Sy. Can't blame him with the weather we've been havin'. If you see this I was driving the Peterbuilt that passed you going the other way.
