Hey everybody, I've been on here as a guest for a while now and am glad to finally be a member! Thanks to Admin for hooking me up. I've owned an '87 GN since 1995 and a succession of lowered s-trucks, sonomas and jimmys going back to 1993. My dad is a member(sy2585) and I attended the last BG nats and got to go to last years TN get together as well. Thanks to Joe for a good time and good food! I'm looking forward to this years nats and seeing everybody I have met before and making some new friends too. I'm also thinking it's time to get rid of the Buick and get myself into a nice Typhoon, but thats another story for another time. Glad to be a member!

Re: New member

Thanks guys, I appreciate the welcomes. I'm a KY boy, but I love TN too, especially Nashville. I've spent a lot of time and money there over the years! Baythan, i understand where you're coming from but for a variety of reasons I think a switch might be the best choice for me. I've gone about a year now with no s-truck in my life and I'm starting to have withdrawal like symptoms.

Re: New member

Welcome aboard. Depending on mileage and condition, I might consider trading a nice Typhoon for the GN....NOT my Aspen one either!!!!!

Re: New member

Thanks 93, I've owned a GN for almost 20 years and Dad has had his Sy for 15, so I'm pretty aware of what I'm getting myself into.

It's little league baseball season...it's amazing that I know what state I live in right now.

I am thinking about putting my SyTy's on the market in the near future....just FYI.

Re: New member

Joe, I'd be interested to hear what you would sell the ty for. I know some of you think I'm crazy, but I really don't have the time, energy, or money to have both.

Re: New member

Lol, that is a great sales tactic but I was actually referring to keeping my GN and acquiring a Ty. I just dont need both. One turbo product from the General is enough to deal with!:D
