Went to Northeast Dragway on Saturday. Finally some cool conditions. Ran a best of 7.804 @ 86.59 w/ 1.75 60'.

Thanks. I have been trying to get into the 7.99's for several months and have been stuck @ 8.002.

Mods are the usual recommended safety for a stock truck - Walbro, afp, hotwired intercooler, etc. Besides a fresh tune (plugs, wires, cap & rotor), everything else is stock: engine with 62K (valve covers have never been removed), stock turbo, tranny, converter, intercooler, etc. 110 race gas with T122 Ultimate setting. 35 hp wet shot of N20.

whats it run with out the n2o? does going past the stock boost levels make that much dif?

The 7.80 pass was the first time I have ran the N20 at the track. Without nitrous, it runs pretty consistent 8.00's on the T122 setting. (I have not had any luck with the T2 or T3 settings.) From my experience, a slight increase in boost level makes a significant difference on the top end (speed & et).

thanks I am still running 14-15 psi hopefully I can get the kr gone and upgrade to an ultimate. sad that all these stock turbo trucks are faster than me but there isnt anyone around here to help me tune.
