First off, here is the new policy for the ads on syty.org:
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY
Your full name and email address are required to post an ad. Your full name will not be publicly displayed.
Your phone number and location are optional.
Only ads for Sy/Ty/SonomaGT powered vehicles and Sy/Ty/SonomaGT related parts are allowed here.
The administrator reserves the right to reject any ads deemed inappropriate.
This is not a message board or a place to bash, complain, or otherwise harass a vendor or individual.
Ads will be viewable for 30 days from their creation. It is YOUR responsibility to delete an ad after you
have sold your item.
Commercial vendors may only post items which are available at a special discount to SyTy Mailing List
members or cars and parts which are their own personal possessions and not being sold as part of their
commercial interest.
No warranty is either expressed or implied as to the truth or fitness of information or products provided
in the advertisements featured herein. The content of the ads are the sole responsibility of the individual
contributors, and not that of the administrator or any person or entity involved in the distribution, transmission,
maintenance, or archival of the listings.
You will have to register with your full name and email address. You will be emailed your initial password. You can change your password by clicking on the "Update Account" link. If you forget it, it can be emailed to you automatically from that link as well. You can create, modify, and delete your ads. It works, for real this time. The only info that is displayed with your ad will be your display name and email address. If you want your phone number and location to be shown you can enter them when you register. I think the policy covers pretty much everything else. If you have any feedback, questions or problems please send email to me or webmaster@syty.org.
