Nolan, if you or Tony are out there !! I know you posted pics years ago (so it seems) of a TWIN IN TANK walbro setup.. I scoured yer site and I cant find any reference to them..

Does anyone have anything like this or have any links they'd like to share ??

I tried search, with limited results.. I am looking for pics, all I found was topics of discussions..

If anyone can help I'd appreciate it !!

TIA

I can answer for him. If you look thru those pics you will see we added a ground thru the top of the connector. We took that old ground and made it into a power wire. So follow along and this is how it works.

10 Gauge off the back of the altenator to a 30 amp weather pack relay. Out of the relay to the back of the truck. Both the original power and the old ground wire (now power) hooked up to the #10. Thru the connector where both wires are joined together then seperate again to each pump.

Now the reason we join them together before the pumps it this.

If on the the pass thru connects burns up both pumps will still run off the one good connector and the truck will not lean out. It will take both connectors failing and then both pumps will stop.

Also we run both pumps 100% of the time but instead upgrade the return line to a -6 from the steel line that comes off the bottom of the regulator.

System works great is running strong in 3 trucks.

Todd, the truck has been on the back burner for a little while (I was finishing my turbo mini cooper) but the project should be back in full swing next week, I'm so close I can taste it.

see the pics mentioned above. Since there is really no way to get 10ga wire inside the tank, they used one of the ground wires that pass through the bulkhead as an additional power wire. Then they had to add a new ground which you see gets bolted to the top of the sending unit.
