Need advice on chip/tuner

Okay, I pick up my Ty tomorrow and have a few basic newbie questions. Excuss my ignorance, but for the past 2 years I have owned a Ford Lightning and it seems like things are slightly different.

with my L, i would take to the dyno and get A/F, RPM, etc graphs and my tuner would read those and get a precision tune... It took me about 3 trips to the dyno, but i finally got it PERFECT with A/F and timing exactly where I wanted to be "safe"... i had a flip chip that holds a "street" tune and then also a "race" tune... that way when im rollin on the street I can use regular 93oc gas and it be 'safe'.... then if i went to track, i would put in 100oc and flip over to 'race' and it would add a few degress timing, more air, etc and be a stronger tune....

the Ty i am buying seems to have all the basic mods that id like to do, but i dont know what kind of chip or who even programmed it... so id like to do that FIRST THING... i wanna play it safe. I dnt go to races very often, actually very seldom.... but id like the power to be there when I want it...

I dont have exact brand names, models, etc of the mods, but here is what I knwo the Ty has...

Upgraded Turbo (with twist knob inside to adjust boost)
Upgraded IC (black box by throttlebody)
upgraded injectors (i think 50# but not 100%, but upgraded over stock)
255 fuel pump
rebuilt tranny (built stronger, but im sure its not a bulletproof)

im sure a few other minor things.. he has a full reciept of all the stuff, basically alot of little bolt on stuff, but nothing major like rods, cams, heads, pistons, etc

he told me that ya keep the boost knob turned down when on the street, but if yu wanted to turn it up, just add race gas.... that sounds right to me, but i know in my Lightning, if I were to just 'add boost' by a bigger lower pully or something, id have to get a new tune because its gonna change the A/F ratio.... so im concerned with just 'turning up the boost' without a new tune....

so my questions are:

1. whats the BEST chip out there that can hold 2-3 tunes on it
2. who is the BEST tuner out there

ps. i pick up tomorrow, and at that time ill check it out and figure out what exact turbo, ic, etc it has...

Its not going to matter getting 2-3 different tunes as long as the tuner you pick. (best bet is to do a search on here for a tuner, I dont want to step on feet, cause everyone has different opinions.

) tunes it for your mods.

So, if I were you, I'd find out what size turbo you have. Who made it. And how much boost your making right now with it. If you have any knock in the engine.. ect.

Have you gotten Datamaster yet? If not, get it. You will be able to tell just about everything your truck is doing from it. Ontop of that. You can (after you've picked a tuner) send them the datamaster file of what your truck runs like. And they will tune it for what they see. Unless you live close enough to the tuner you pick that he/she can do it in person to the truck you have.

Maybe a few of the tuning guys can come in here and answer your question a little better. Or correct me if I said something wrong..

(btw, look into a Alcohol injection kit, it'll help in the future when you turn up the boost.)
