fun drive...up until we hit st louis at 2am. the guy at dennys called BS when we told him we just came from FL and left at 8am. After that, the ride was a complete blur of looking over and seeing Ian driving at over 105mph and watching the sun come up in the back window. Somehow, we arrived at the hotel after a small sidetrip of the outskirts of KC when we had to yank out one of the maps in 200 packets in the bed to figure out where we were.

me and ian did it in the syclone, straight driving, 23 hours.



I probably wont be going this year..... FL attendance has been getting lower each year.

i wish.. money.... trying to buy a house.... more important right now that the nats... sucks, im gonna miss going.

Yep I hear ya. I am in the process of finally closing on a house. Finding a house 600 miles away has taken up much of my time and money. It has also taken up time that could have been used promoting the event but that is the way things go.

Maybe you can go next year.

I'm really going to try to be there, but same deal here-no one can take off work to go with me, would be a LONG drive by my own self. Maybe if some Arizona SyTy'ers go I'll join the caravan. maybe I can get my dad to follow me in the Impala.

We are definately in the same boat patrick..

gonna be hard to miss out, cause i want to go and hang out with everyone, even thought id be truckless again (which was actually fun, no worries, got to ride in other peoples trucks)

shooting for 2005, hopefully bringing both trucks.
