NASTE Spring Gathering

The date is May 12th. So far we are going to have a syty cruise to get to Jacks, then meet and eat, and as he said last year, lie to each other about our trucks. After that it will be a cruise to a local show and shine type of event at an ice cream parlor. After that, go the heck home. Times and meet up places will be announced soon.

Mt. Bethel Pa, Pocono Mtn region, eastern PA.

Great house in the woods with big backyard with room for lots of trucks...and deer (i.e. venison).

i'm going to a wedding in williamsport on the 19th....race is on the 20th...i have no choice.

This happened last marathon also, got to my hotel in Corning NY at about 12:30am, was up at 6am for the race. I tend to not sleep that well the nigth before anyway since i'm all jittery and anxious to race....so i probably wouldn't fall asleep much earlier if i tried.

The better trick is trying to stay off your feet....but leaving the dance floor becuase you're running the next day gets some nasty looks from the wife. :lol:
