i just filter it a whole bunch of times, mix it with diesel and run it as is.

Looks like we're leaving Reading on Thursday morning in an attempt to be there by sundown. Dad and Mom ("the rookie") in his Ty, me in the E92 unless I sell it by then. My truck still sucks ass years later, and Dad sold his trailer, so it won't make it. Maybe by 2017 I'll have time to get it fixed.

Dad has concerns about durability after swapping turbos following an inadvertent crossover pipe swallowing incident with his stock turbo. I'll try to shake it down for him till then. I think he just needs to get used to the extra sound of a cone filter.

That's the plan for now, but it's subject to change till then - retired people tend to have a different sense of time and planning.

most people don't want to stay Thursday night, but based one 2009 nats I think i'm going to need sleep Thursday night so the entire weekend isn't a blur. When Tom told me he was leaving earlier Thursday I figured i'd jump on that opportunity to do the same.

yeah I hear ya. I've always stayed 3 nights before, but I just have too much going on right now , 2 days will have to be enough this year. I was almost thinking of bailing on it completely but 4 more years is a lot to wait.

Yeah thats what I was planning on. Probably going to work all day, shower, pack and hit the road. Figure ill need a power nap along the way but ill build that into the schedule.

I plan on driving during the night and letting my dad drive during the day.. would have been nice to be in a big caravan but not that big a deal..

i leave bermuda wednesday @3pm.. probably won't have a cell phone until sometime thursday but i should have internet access.
