What have you checked ?

Could be switch, fan motor, relay, wiring, operator error

Hard telling with a post like that. Need to supply more information naming what you have already checked.

sorry, I am at work and had a phone call come in. I haven't checked anything yet, I turn the A/C on to Max, but if I adjust the blower speed, the blower only blows when the knob is pushed to the far right (high) setting. I had a 93 Blazer awhile back that did the same thing, never figured out what it was.

I just was curious, I like it freezing, but my Fiance hates it cold all the time

Any suggestions on what to check, I just wasn't sure if it was a common problem or not.

blower motor resistor went bad. there is probably a break in it. It is on the heater box, there are 4 wires going to it. 2 screws and it is out. they are cheap and readily available anywhere.

My blower switch blows normal on the first 3 speeds but the 4th blows at the same speed as the 3rd and doesn't kick up to max like it should. Could it be the resistor?

The blower relay is located on the front of the heater case underhood between the blower motor and the accumulator. Make sure that you have power at the big junction block near the center of the dash, engine side. Just look for the part with the big red wires running to it. If not, one of the fusible links on the back of the alternator is blown.
