Yeah, my wheel looks damn close, with the exception of the red outline. I think we need to make an example out of this guy for the shift knob though...

the center cap is incorrect but you can easily swap that, the wheel is correct look at the spokes. Just buy a new center cap and you have a brand new wheel.

It's really hard to tell, IMO, but look at this wheel (his) and then compare to the ones above:

The Ty wheel on my truck has a single barrel that comes all the way up to the horn button. The Jimmy has a horn button that is not part of the barrel - it's a two-piece jobber - so I think it's not the same. But to be sure, you'd have to be able to see the top of the wheel he is selling. That's my thoughts... still, it does not look correct to me anyway. Red ring is not a Ty wheel.

Anyone got a Syclone shot to compare?

the syclone wheel is totally different than a ty wheel. it only has two spokes instead of four like a ty..and they go straight across.. just like a '91 S10/Sonoma

that was me bidding on the shift knob. i thought it looked a little wierd, but i attributed it to the angle of the picture and the fact that my monitor here at work sucks ass.

you can see in the pic the wheel on ebay is like the stock s-15 wheel, not a ty. (check the ribs on the lower part of the wheel where it snot leather) and the shift nob looks a hell of a lot like a camero 6 speed nob.

Just replying to throw in my 02... the steering wheel looks like a typhoon wheel.... just look at the shape of it... no two doubts about that... the cap however is not for a typhoon... As far as the shift knob... yeah the shape is a dead giveaway due to its roundness... looks like a shift knob for a manual..

That is me bidding on the steering wheel, i also saw the shift knob and knew it was wrong, but the steering wheel is a genni Ty/Sonoma GT wheel, yes the center cap is wrong but my stock center cap is in pretty good shape.

Thanks for the heads up though, although i am going to continue with my bid for the steering wheel, unless i get outbid by someone.
