Driving my 'Ty-clone' I suppose you'd call it home and ran into a Black Mitsubishi lancer evolution weaving in and out of traffic. I saw his blue headlights commin up on me, so I gave it some gas and started to pull away from him. He nails it and flies right around me! 'OOOOFF' I thought to myself, buuuut he turned down the same 4 lane road I was turning onto. He slowed down and rolled his window down, so with pride on the line I put it into 4WD and was ready for him. He wasked if I wanted to go from a roll or a stop so I figured Id stand a better chance from a stop. 3 honks away from GAME TIME!

I held on to the brake and built about 10PSI at the line as he began to honk. By his 2nd honk he was revving it up and making that two-step popping sound rrrRRRRUUUUUUMMM POP POP POP POP POP! And the 3rd honk I had enough time to read his liscence plate before he faded off into the distance..... Back to the drawing board....turbo, injectors.... :'(

Those evos are fast when they got a lot of stuff done to them..
thats my dream daily driver car.. just a plain stock one is pretty fast..

I have left a fair amount of cars in my rear view with STI, and it is only minor mods. I run the "stage 2" program from cobb, which is supposed to be 50 extra horse, 70 torque.

Yeah....I had no illusions I knew I was going to lose (it IS my DD after all) But I figured Id at least hang with him out of the hole and not get walked over THAT bad... :( IDK if even the ol GN could've kept up with that thing.....and thats supposed to be my race car! X_x

They are quick stock, and stupid quick with just a little money. My car has mods that total <$2k. Runs 11's at 1 mile elevation.

Nothing to be ashamed of...few of my buds have them and they are stupid fast...gokarts on steroids!

I had a girl in an EVO try to tangle with me on my Busa. She wasnt stupid either, it was from a dead stop at a light. I didnt even try to leave hard, I didnt think I needed to. As I was playing around on my 1340cc pogo stick I noticed we were dead even. Somewhere in the top of second I was gone. That may not sound like much but the top of second is 100-110nph.

Most AWD performance vehicles are gonna get a bike outta the hole but their lead will quickly vanish, especially with any modern sportsbike over 1,000 cc. My 07 R1 puts down 164 HP to the ground and weighs 396 pounds. Pretty easy formula for quickness with a good rider :).

I had one before my sy upgraded turbo and cam and it came alive i ran 11.30s with it but the price to keep everything up on one was stupid.I put to sets of brembo brakes on it two sets of tires and one clutch in 29000 miles.I miss it everyday i wake up and walk out side.

Buschar has a 9 sec one that's full weight complete interior that he picks his kids up from school in and you would never know.
