For Pete's sake LOL can't we just grow up n handle this like adults I don't kno pete or many members on here but everyone on here seems like a big family n helps each other out. So just stop running ur mouth or leave it at home. N just give the turbo back n get ur money. I told and numerous times completely nicely and professionally that I would refund you when you send it back. I'm a site member here for a while and have pretty high feedback, along with being paypal verified, 800+ positive feedback on eBay, etc, etc.. and yet you still say I am trying to jip you. EVERY resolvement I tried making with you turned into you acting like a 2nd grader crying over having grape jelly instead of strawberry on his PB&J.

I don't know Pete other than from meeting him at nats and talking to him in the chatroom a couple times every week . From those interactions alone I was willing to drive up on my own dime and pay you cash so I can get the turbo and ship it back to him in a peaceful manner .
Making this your introduction into our very small community will be something you feel for the remainder of your syty ownership . I talked to him for at least a solid hour last night about this and am suprised you chose to take the high road like you did . Now in my opinion I would rather see you put this somewhere creative .
Since I'm a betting man I think youve already contacted paypal and found since he sent you the turbo that was paid for , they are siding not in the plaintiffs favor and your only measure now is to try to work it out with him . Since your maturity level is what it is , you've decided to come here and try to publicly humiliate him so he will be forced to repay you . You know if he decides that refunding you is not something he feels like doing your out of luck .
Around here we help each other out and I gaurentee your move here just screwed any future help you may have needed . Have fun with that ultimate chip you just bought as it may be the last time anyone who knows Jack about sytys is going to help or sell you parts on this forum . Sure you can buy new parts from vendors or wherever but if your first moves are a chip and turbo , gee , you must have it all figured out already silly noob . I'm a nice guy and am pissed off that you are acting like a child about this . He said he was going to give your moneyback but apparently that wasn't good enough . Dude, I'll be in Jacksonville next week. I have a meeting with the PD about accident reconstruction. I am willing to meet with you and pay you the $650 in cash and take physical posession of the turbo. Then I will catch up with Pete on my end so you don't have to worry. BUT, be aware of two things. I will know exactly what turbo to expect from you so if you don't have the "proper unit" to hand over, it's gonna be your problem AND I am sure some of my "clients" will be happy to ride along with me to make sure you and whomever you may want to have with you are "well behaved". If you ever had thoughts of a posse that can trumph the PD, bring it on.

That said, he's way out of line. Sounds like he was offered a full refund and this is somehow not good enough? IMO, if the dude was trying to scam you he would not have offered a refund :2cents:

What a piss poor way to represent the GN community. I have a good standing relationship with the Central FL GN club, we've even done shows together in the past and continually send invitations back and forth to attend meets for each others events. It's a shame when bullshit like this takes place between groups.
This guy touts that payback is a bitch... well, karma is too, and it is incoming. Pete has nothing to worry about on this forum, i'll make sure of it.
