Just waiting to get the Syclone running and then I'm going to head down to the Nurenburg Ring.

Just don't go do something stooopid like smackin' the wall. I know a guy that just totalled his Camaro SS with a built 383. He had a lot of money in that thing. Just take it easy on the curvy stuff and let it rip on the straight-away :p

Twins had a camera mounted in the back of the Ty at the track once. He had it facing out the back window, and said it looked pretty sweet. Maybe we can get that online-ified sometime for your viewing pleasure...

I have done the "NurenburgRing." Road the old course twice at speed on a motorcycle. Smacking the wall is the least of your worries, as there arent many. A few guard rails here and there.. Your biggest concern is foilage and slow moving tour buses. I was trying to keep up with some local holligans racing GXSR's and got a front seat view of what happens to a GXSR once it contacts a guardrail, flips and is devoured by some large trees. Then later, out on the straight, I was doing about 160Mph and was passed by a all race VW Golf!
You can hang out at various spots on the track and watch the procession of bikes, econo-boxes, street racers, tour busses, and full out race machines pass by. Our favorite spot was the first S curve. Those with more balls than sense would miss the turn, fly thru the grass and dirt, and eventully end up back on the track missing a few things. A few local SuperMotard style bikers would not even turn but launch off the burm and land somewhere in the grass, then back onto the track, bypassing the turn all together.
It is an experience every person lucky enough to live in Germany shouldn't pass on.
