Looking for stock Chip

[GM tech]

Just wondering if someone has a stock chip?
I have a chip from Z Industries instead of the stock,Z Ind has no confidence in there burn and recommends not using it.I also use an Ultimate chip and I'm worried about compatability issues.

You can't get one at work, being a GM tech and all? The dealership here "said" they can still get them.

I dont know anyone thats a world class technician other than one teacher I had at U.T.I. so Im gonna say probably. But I'm not sure exactly what you have to do to get that status.

* found this for GM world class techs, taken from their site. I thought there was that certification outside of GM though with ASE.

World Class Technician status is the ultimate achievement for GM service technicians. A service technician can achieve GM World Class Technician status in two areas: Mechanical and Body. Both can be achieved when a service technician successfully completes all related training and the appropriate Master Technician Certifications

gets you more money at a GM dealer,other than that,gm training is a good study guide for the ASE's.I worked with 2 WC techs and one didn't know $h!t,the other was very good.
***the parts guys at my old job said there discontinued,along with the majority of the parts unique to our trucks***

George Fritze, general manager of Red River Motor Company, recites three things the dealership sells: people, product and service. He thinks that the dealership's location, off of Interstate 20 near downtown Bossier City, brings in shoppers farther away from Shreveport's or Bossier City's auto malls.

Fritze also boasts that half of the company's technicians have achieved the rank of GM World-Class Master Technicians, a status that requires extensive training, some of it in Dallas.

"We have 10 currently here, and the next highest dealership in the world has four," Fritze said. "We think that's a big thing. They've proven they know how to fix GM vehicles, and not just Chevrolet."
