Local Ty gets Totalled................. Sorry Abe

Talked to Abe last night, told me a Drunk driver totalled him up last night at about 5:30pm..... Pretty Pathetic when there's drunk drivers on the street that early... Especially with NO INSURANCE!!!!

On a side note, Abe is 16 years old and has his head on straight more than people about twice his head. He has worked really hard on his Ty ever since we met and by any means did not deserve anything like this. His passion for SYTY's is one that I wish I had...

I saw his Ty on Saturday and have to admit it looked so damn sweet..... It looked as good as i've ever seen it....

Once again I wish you the best and if you need anything, just ask....

Yeah he's fine, just more upset than anything... He called me when he was sitting in the tow truck, he was shaken up but more upset than anything... He has put lots of time into that thing and he really showed, just in the months that I have known him... I helped him get a nice tranny and then this happens...

From when I talked to him, he was upset cause he believes it's totalled and the thing that bothered him the most is that he really felt that he was never going to get rid of the thing...............

I'm going to try and call him in a bit and see whats up...

hey guys, im here and breathing :-?

i was just minding my own buisness driving 40mph and i got smacked at 80mph. :fist: my differential is pushed about 45degreese out of place :eek: frame seems twisted and all the time and money of MINE i put into it is eating at me.

the good thing is my freind nor i are injured and hopefully i can get a good deal out of this and sell both of my tys.

...........only to buy a 92&93ty! :)

and thanks to anthony for the help, ill have pics up when i get my DSL up and running.

why would you sell both ty's? only the white one is totalled right? You can take the insurance money and pay off the black one and throw some additional coin at it...just an idea.

edit: Glad to hear both you and your friend weren't hurt :wink:

Sorry to hear about that Abe. i sent out a message in the MHST mail too but figgured id post here too. i know 1st hand how bad it sucks when some moron nails you and mangles your pride and joy. dont let insurance low ball you. make sure you show them what these things are worth. and if you can buy it back and part it out. good luck with every thing and glad to hear that you guys arent hurt.
