I don't know it specifically, but I can see that is has a external wastegate, bigger turbo, downpipe, AC delete, ATR 7th injector, something injected into the IC (hopefully water or alky) and few other odds and ends in the engine compartment.

A weird looking tensioner pulley.

That wire job inside the cab looks horrid.

Where at in MD? I like the extras but the wiring job def needs to go. I would give him 13K for it.

naw that's the ac bypass pulley you can get from the autoparts store. bolts in place of the ac compressor. if you look the bracket for the ac is still there

the spring of the tensioner is what he's talking about i think....and its different than other trucks, but not all.

Called the dealership about this Ty......too many upgrades for my taste of driving.
I will be using my as a daily driver.

its on eBay right now....advertised as having $20k in upgrades. Might be pushing it a tad unless there's a gold brick under the seat.

Is this truck worth looking into or should I pass? My knowledge on these trucks is very limited, but yesterday I went to take a look at the truck. I didn’t drive it. The truck actually looks well cared for. The wiring is terrible as you can see. Looks like a NOS system or something is installed. Truck is lowered, Baer disc brakes front and rear, a scoop (IC?) below the radiator in the front that sits about 3 inches from the ground. Paint and cladding both look good. After a few cranks the truck started (cold I guess??) and there was a little smoke on startup. ABS light was on the whole time. I can stop by again today and look a little closer at this truck if someone gives me an idea what I should be checking.
