KB I/C questions

My friend just bought a Syclone tonight and I was going to put it back together for him. well i ran into a few problems, when i went to put the intercooler on alot of things didnt make sense to me. it has a kenne bell intercooler with a ATR 850cfm turbo, AC and a 3 inch downpipe with an external wastegate. i dont know what kind of downpipe it is, maybe an ATR. well to hook up the pipe from the intercooler to the engine it gets in the way of the wastegate. do i need a different downpipe or do i need to make a different pipe? second the pipe that goes from the turbo to the intercooler wont fit because the AC line is in the way. i could re-clock the turbo and make a new pipe, thats what i wanted to do in the first place but i didnt want to do that yet.

Does anybody have any info that could help me or maybe some pictures of the kit installed?

i just went through this....assuming you have a kb a2a intercooler, i can help you...get me some photos of your setup and i'll get you some of mine, installed...

you cant use the KB intercooler with the ATR downpipe. the ic to tb pipe will hit the WG.
