Got my motor running yesterday, seems like it is going to be a powerhouse once tuned.... right up until the oil line on top of the turbo blew off. The ecm was running off the eprom at first, but now all I can get is limp home mode, no matter what I try. Thats ok for now, as the motor actually runs better that way. with a BBZB bin, it runs just way too rich. I tried 3 different eproms and the romulator. i checked the adapter from chip socket to the back of the circuit board on the ecm itself twice. the checksum is correct and the ecm is getting power everywhere it should. any ideas? i'm going to pick up another '749 anyways, but I would like to find what's wrong.
