internal differneces between a regular 4.3 vs syty motor?

obviously the compression is lower, but what about stuff like the crank, block, cam, rods, bearings, lifters, oil pump, head gaskets, etc.? its all the same isnt it? which production year(s) blocks,cranks interchange with the syty engines?

the only internal differance is the head gasket, pistons, and main caps...everything else is the same. all 3 years are the same..

blocks, cranks, heads, rods all interchange between NA 4.3's and turbo 4.3's

** except that it has been rumored that very very late 93 phoons had some L35 heads.

is the vibration dampner interchangeable?
