anyone have any suggestions on why my intake temps would be rising as i drive, rather then decreasing like they should. I've seen tems in the 170's  and i've already checked the ic pump & hotwired it, so i know thats not the problem...just looking for any suggestions from anyone who has had a similar prob. or could give me any advice

Is your EGR still on? Do you have it blocked off or are you using a chip that shuts it? If it is still working, MATs will be hot.

Has your temps always been this high? Like AXXE said, is your EGR blocked or disabled in the chip? This will drop your temps 30-50 deg. You say the pump is working. but how well is it flowing? Open the cap for the IC and start the truck. You should see the water moving in there.

I have a Johnson pump with lines through the fender, my IAT is usually 120-130, 90-100 on the freeway with out EGR, 150+ when EGR comes on.

What are you temps in town/on freeway/at track/EGR on/EGR off?
Are you SURE you IC pump is running?

I'm going to say EGR first too. Just by unplugging the vac line (no blocking it off at the valve or in the head), my temps dropped from 180 down to about 120.
