Insurance/ Financing

I have tried to search this topic but I didn't have any luck so here goes...
I had kind of a pre-nup with my wife when we got married that she could get a new car as long as the next one would be for me and it would be a Syclone (peferrably a Saudi ). I only have a year and a half left to wait so I am starting to do a little research. What does a Sy owner with a good driving record typically pay for full coverage insurance ? Also has anyone retained financing for their trucks? Unfortunately I don't have the 15k in cash it's going to take to get my paws on one but I think I will be able to put down half or so. Do you think a bank would cough up the balance ? (w/good credit of course) Thanks for any info

I use Sneed Collector Car Ins for my Sy and only pay $344/year with an agreed value of $20,000.

My bank was willing to loan up to book value ($10,000 +/-, about a year ago). I pay $500 a half for full coverage on my syclone and liability on a ranger.

If you go through Capital One Auto Finance, they'll approve you not based on the vehicle, but your credit. So once you're approved, they send you a blank check that you can go shopping with up to whatever amount you were approved for.

Oh, and my insurance is through American Family at ~$72/month for full cov.

 Insurance varies by driving record, state and town you live in. SyTy insurance are typically priced like a sports car. In my expereince, my Ty was 10-12% more expensive than my Sy.

Thanks for all of the info ! As far as the Saudi question is concerned I just like the history behind them and how unbelievable it is that any of them made it back here.

insurance it totally determined by location from my experinece....i have a clean record and lived in ROchester NY where I payed 7-800 a year full coverage...i moved to seattle and my rates literally tripled to over 2000 a year...i dropped them for what they did to me.
