Injector size

I'm going to a 20g turbo, allready have the walboro pump good valve job on stock heads atr exhaust catco pit bull(oh well) I do have a ultimate chip but am half afraid to put it in. I have the stock injectors. Any advice is welcome

Should be fine until after the 20 PSI range... A friend of mine ran a 20G 14cm2 turbo with Ultimate chip and stock injectors to 24 PSI Boost and 12.4's @ 106 and he never ran lean. He put in a PT54 and big air to air intercooler and ran lean on top end with 20 PSI, O2s would dive to solid 100s..

Unless your going balls to the walls for a 20G world record I can't imagine the stock injectors won't be enough.

I think anything over 17-18PSI with the 20g and stock injectors gets scary. I was running in the 130% duty cycle range with that setup. Alcohol injection really helped, especially injecting Methanol. There were points, however, where I was still hitting 13.0AFR's with 55PSI of fuel pressure. This summer I decided to stop playing so close to the edge and put in a set of 36# injectors I bought off the Buick board for a very low price. I now have plenty of fuel at only 38-40lb of fuel pressure with the Methanol.

If you have a wideband or know someone who has one it will tell you on your truck where you are at. It seems to be the general theory lately that it is better to put in bigger injectors since they do not work as hard and can provide better control.
