It would most likely look something like the xtreme, but alot nicer :D . And of course it would have to have better specs than the original. ::brews::

No company makes something like the Ty, and it drives me nuts. The Lightning is quick (and new), but it's a freaking tank. I want a new Ty, with some (hidden) towing ability, 4k lbs or so. That would be perfect.

I use the Ty as the "race support truck" when we go to track days (road racing). It's the only thing that can keep up with the caravan of sportscars as we blaze out to Thunderhill and such, and it's packing the coolers, dogs, toolboxes and all those goodies. It rocks. I'd love to have a Sy, but can't see giving up the Ty's enclosed space and utility for my purposes. They need to release a new set ;-)

I'd be at the dealer, cash in hand. No doubt.

yea so would I. A newer model would be sweet. I wish the typhoons could tow also. That would be cool. And how about one that you could take out of awd :D haha . You would need new tires every week.

when i saw the prototype of the trailblazer SS, I liked it, it got rid of some of the MAJOR ugly parts of a stock trailblazer..

and yes, if GM came out with anything like a sy/ty id be in line..

as long as it wasnt $50k, which we all know it would be.

id love to see a turbo 6 or 8 matted to AWD, doing 0-60 in 5 seconds out of a truck.. its so possible, and yet they will never do it again.

Id save myself a trip to the dealer and just beat my skull against the wall 6 days a week, get a high maintenance woman who would take all my time and cash for a small amount of fun in return, hack the skin off my knuckles every few days, stop in at the parts store every day cause all my other vehicles know the route, and lastly drive a slow vehicle that only looks fast.....

That last reason is only way Id buy a new syty

Not unless it had a 7yr/100,000mile bumper to bumper warranty. Burn me once, shame on you, get me a 2nd time, shame on me.

I would definetly get one. I just don't want it to be like 40 or 50K. I can't afford that for a sport truck. I Wouldn't mind it if they used the extreme as the build platform, but I wouldn't want it to be like the trailblazer. I don't like the trailblazer.
