IC lines Q

Please no flames  I just want to make sure my IC system is going to work properly after my new pump install. Therefore I would like to know if I putted the lines correctly before I refill the sistem.

So exactly where does the upper line in the IC is headed and where's the lower line in the back of the IC goes to  .

Please no flames... I'm trying to do things the correct way, therefore I ask before I have to do it again.

Thanx in advance!

search for "routing" it will have more info than you care to know about the subject.

I have the bottom of the CCHE going to the input of the pump, output of pump to top of the IC, bottom of IC to top of CCHE.

Lower port of the IC goes to the input of the pump (this lets gravity feed the input).

Pump outlet goes to lower port on CCHE (this fills the CCHE with fluid while pushing air out the system.

Upper CCHE goes to Upper port on IC.

More importantly than flow order is that there are NO KINKS in the lines.
Best bet is to let them sit out in teh sun and get nice n hot.
Then when the hose encounters a bend it shapes a little easier than when its cold and stiff.
I found the heater hose wants to collapse everytime you bend it so be careful where to put the sharp bends.

IC Lines

Good info, Guys. I'll be doing the same thing, and getting rid of the metal lines.

Another Q - if I put in an Aux Cooler, should I go to the Aux (in Frt of Main Rad.) 1st or after the other one in the stock location (which will be a CAS replacement one) ?

This is how I routed mine, after trying various different ways. While a bit more difficult to get the air out, it flowed much better in this config.
I prefer to run the hoses on the drivers side as well.

Sorry Daron, I should have given you the credit. I got that routing from you. I can say this. I shut my Ty down and let the IC get warm just from the heat under the hood, I turned the key on to let the pump kick and with in 5 seconds it was Ice Cold! It works for me.
