Hi all,

I re did the IC lines with heater hose and now the IC pump is not flowing anything at all. I checked to see if there was a kinked line or something wrong, but everything seems to be fine. You can actually hear the "working" but it's not flowing anything and a few seconds later you can hear that it's struggling because it's working without fluid. I thought that if it finally got fluid it would work. Therfore I took a vac line put it in the drian plug and blew air to make the fluid circle, but all it did was to drop all the fluid thru the intercooler's cap which was off. I put the cap on did the same, but nothing changed.

I'm going to buy a jabsco, but I would like to use the stock one till the jabsco arrives. Any help will br greatly appreciated!

check for kinks again, it likes to down below, were the pump is mounted on the IC, also it could be your pump dying, and make sure you get all the air out of the system.

BW,

Thanx for the tips. I looked again for kinks and everything was ok, I tested the pump and it works ok. I did try to get all the air from the system, but I couldn't :x I tried with different ideas, but they weren't working. Do any of you guys have any tips to get the air out of the IC lines???

Thanx

Unbolt the CAC from the brackets and lift it up so it's the highest point in the system. Tilt the CAC so the filler is highest. Run the pump, add coolant, repeat.

You may not even have to unbolt it. Just make sure your hoses are below the top of the CAC...

Come on guys.............

Take the feed line to the pump off the intercooler. Then, with the pump runing pour water into the line pretty soon the pump will prime and begin pumping.
