Hey I'm New..

Hello everyone! After many months of harvesting useful information and tips from this site I finally joined up. My name is Mitch F and I am 20 years old from Ste. Genevieve MO. Me and my dad purchased our first typhoon (not sure on the number as of now) 3 years ago in fayetteville NC. It's a 93 with 59k on the ticker and has quite a few additions..
PTE44
50# Injectors
Ultimate Chip
Port and Polished upper intake
Alky
3k Stall converter
1" drop for the rear
Bilstien Sway bar
Sadly for the gentleman who put all these modifications on, he ran into money trouble and ended up selling us the truck for less than it was worth stock. We are in the tuning stages now trying to make the most of the add-on's since the previous owner just sort-of slapped it all on there. After effectively getting my father hooked on syty's (and since i drive the typhoon most of the time) he decided to buy a syclone when it came up for sale locally. It's in pretty rough shape but is all there and all original with around 100K. It was an easy decision at $5500 lol. Well I hope that in the next year or so we will have the syclone going so me and dad can make it out to the syty meets.

Truck # is last 4 of VIN.

Should be in the 8.0-8.2 range 85+ mph with the mods you got.

Yea i used to have the number memorized. However, since im at school and the trucks are at home, I can't really run out and check them.

As far as the times go, we have since ran an 8.34 but it still needs a tune badly! We are changing from 50/50 water/denatured alcohol to pure meth. Also I just downloaded datamaster to my laptop so this weekend were hoping to make some much needed adjustments.

Re: Hey I'm New..

nice truck! what are your plans with the truck?

well for right now its just going to get a tune and stay where its at modification wise. We've had it at the track a few times but had so-so results. Basically I just plan on driving it as is after its tuned and then strip and polish the stock wheels over the winter.
