if you are referring to headers, then no they are not smog legal in CA. Although, finding a tech inspector that would know the difference would be a challange.

I've had my GN smogged w ATR Headers before and usually they don't look that close to even know what the headers look like. I don't think they really give a shit - just whether it does the numbers. Besides headers don't have anything to do w emission readings.

If U were to flunk and have to go into a State referee station, however, all bets R off.
