heater vents dont work

only the defrosters work good . when i change to heat on feet or vent it hisses . i have a/c delete . it will blow from feet and vent area a little bit ,but hardly anything . yes i have read old posts about this issue but i didnt know if the a/c delete is having anything to do with it . when i use the a/c controls the hissing goes away and i get a little heat

check to make sure your vacuum connection is seated well, and your cable is secured and attached appropriately on the HVAC controller.

Having the same issue. Its holding vacuum but no vents..

My typhoon had a vacuum leak from vacuum ball that screwed mine up. I used a mity vac to help track mine down. You can even put a vacuum on the interior vacuum line to test the HVAC controls.
