where can i buy a new headliner, mine is starting to sag and im affraid a re-glue will look like poo

I have one, in about 30 miles south of Cleveland. Not something you can easily ship. $75 and its yours.
In all reality, a good interior shop can do for a few hundred dollars (guessing $300)

I would avoid these, I've bought three and all have fell down within 6 months (one fell down after a month). On the flip side they're always good about replacing it with a new one, but who wants to keep changing the headliner.

I guess mine has been in for a year with no issues. It was recommended by others who have had in their trucks for YEARS without issue. "Falling down" sounds like an installation error.

Here we go again what? I don't recall ever discussing this with you.
You do realize that there is/was batch issues with them and the fabric not staying adhered properly to the backing.
Maybe you didn't get that memo.

local shop can do it for me for $100 with sunvisors, I had just came back from junkyard with a base as my truck was missing it completely. the funny thing is what it takes to install a new one its pretty much a can of 3m hd spray adhesive and the actual material. the can of 3m is like $20-$25 and the material like $30-$40 if you buy it loose. it just better to have someone do it and warranty it of any issues.

My LMC has been perfect. You do need to use the big length of velcro across the rear side. Mine has stayed up fine and looks great.
Very hard to repair the foam backed stock one if its been baked by the sun.. just wants to fall apart. I like the fact that the LMC has a thick ABS backing.

I'm thinking of taking on my Ty headliner as a DIY. One thing that is in the back of my mind:
My truck has a powered sunroof that I gather was installed as a dealer option. the sliding tray under the glass is a little too free to slide for my liking. If you launch hard, it will fling open just under the force of acceleration. Has anyone laid eyes on one of these to know offhand whether there is any adjustment or modification needed to tighten it up a bit. I didn't want to get all the way in only to find out I needed to order some sort of rubber seal or trim.
