Header Flange data

Does anyone have a 1:1 of the exhaust openings. I would like to make a set of flanges for them and thought I would try to save myself some time if someone had the data for the header flanges available.

I can take AutoCAD file or just a 1:1 image file, tif, etc.

That is why I want the data.. I can get them made for a fraction of what they are selling for.. and I don't want the big square holes.

Assume I won that auction for $40.. then 12 for shipping... I can get them made for half of that.

I guess I can just bring a head here and set it up on the CMM .. take some dims and go from there... not that big of a deal.

all i did was take measurements from a spare set of gaskets and drew them on a cheap cad program (but i went for sep. flanges)

with a disk and precut pcs of 1/2 mild steel, the cnc machine took about 1/2 hour to set up. 4 minutes each and cleanup

Im looking for the files an will email ya .dxf

Hey Nick,

I have some flanges made out of 1/2 mild steel if yer intersted. They were water cut and copied from a set of KB headers.

I'll snap some pics and post em later if you like.
