harwood cowl hood

Has anybody seen or gotten the newer cowl hood for our trucks, now they make a 4-3/4 cowl , the previous cowl is 2-1/2 , which they still make.

I wish they had that out when i bought my hood, a 4-3/4 cowl would look awesome, anybody want to buy a harwood hood?

i think the 4 3/4 looks totally obnoxious. its not like i have a big air cleaner or supercharger to cover up.

I had the 4" on my black Ty and hated it.Way too tall and it just looks stupid from the drivers seat IMO.

Yeah , it might look a little too big, have not seen one on a truck like ours .

I always liked the outlaw look but you might be right about being too big.
One thing is for sure , a fuel pressure gauge would fit under there no problem, maybe even a monster tach.

What kind of hood did you have?

It was a generic 4" fiberglass hood,just like the one in the pic here I "borrowed" off of McCoy's website :wink:
