Ok anyone that has this boost controller, can you post what settings you have it. For some reason when I try to get past 16/17psi is just builds boost very slowy, but 0 to 16/17psi it just takes a few seconds.

I can get you my settings but itll be in a few hours when I go somewhere. Im pretty sure they are close to this.

GAIN 2%
when you turn the knob is set at 60
SETGAIN? I think is at 50 or so.

I set my warnings to the max just to keep em from turning it down.

I have it set to psi, and its usually around 9.9, but my boost gauge is in Hg and its usually 20.

Here's my exact setting. SET is at 60%, GAIN is at 10%, SET GAIN is at 50% and like I said before, my warnings are all the way up. One thing I noticed about turning up the GAIN is that it spools faster from a roll but you cant feel it til its in 19 PSI for a few secinds. Its kinda wierd.

i was worried about the vacum thing but i guess its ok. i read 9.9 on the controller but 20 on data master (in hg)

Re: Greddy Profec B spec II

ok when you turn the knob I have it at 30%, Gain 8%, Set Gain 110, warning 160, limiter 25%, im guessing you have it set to psi? heres a good write up I found that explains how to set it up http://www.sr20forum.com/showthread.php?t=86098 and peak is just showing your peak boost, so either you hit 23psi which is bad, or whoever you bought it off did, to clear it, go to the peak boost display, and hold down the set knob until the unit beeps and "---" is displayed.
