Got smooked by my friends evo

Well his evos not stock it has cams boost and exaust and some other stuff i knew this but we caught a light anyway cuz i cant never turn down a race its from my chi town roots. So i launch with boost and hold it next to him for bout 4 seconds then he pulled 5,6,or more cars on me,i turned red in the face with embarrasment i gave him the finger and turned around. I think im just gunna stay away from evos for a while.

is your truck stock?...cause our trucks are 15 years old the need some help to beat evo's espically worked ones..

nice race u cant win them all. i have a beat a few evos with my ride from a dig(2wd tbss) but some fools just cant drive

well its got a fuel pump adj fuel press gague and wb 02 sensor but i beat a lot of cars

My best 1/4 mile with my stock 03' EVo VIII was a 13.13 @ 103-104 with a 1.7 60 ft, very quick. With the right bolt-ons they are very fast, easy 11's. My Typhoon of course much quicker, but I did love have an EVo as a daily-driver. How does a TBSS beat an EVo from a stop, maybe a bad driver? My best 60 ft was a 1.6 or 0-60 in 4.4 seconds.

He pulled away from you because of the cams. Why be embarrased? Evos are only a few years old while you were driving a 15+ year old truck with probably a lot of miles on it.

And don't be that guy that flips the bird every time he looses. Have some style and give the guy some props. I know that is what most people would like to get in return.

NEVER turn off. You make yourself look like a punk. Thats what I always think of people who do that. I wouldnt sweat losing to a modded EVO. They make some C5 guys like slow. Did you get him off the line atleast? I know Ive never had one take me off the line. Even modded ones usualy dont get me til about 80. Stock Ive had em past 100.

i took out 2 evos 1 by 2 cars and the other one was at my back bumper. then i got destroyed by some sick graphie grey one shootin flames outta the exhaust and all

pedro i gotta say your truck is nice lookin and i love the sound out of it

i got beat by that kid too, dont feel bad THE CAR IS FULL BUILT! motor big turno etc. they say low 11's ive seen 12's from it at the track. he only beat me by 1 car lenght. when i had the other motor in.

i think you may be able to catch him this time

well i"ll tell you inna few days when im back on the road on 20psi instead of the gay 15 i had it out on.. it ended up being the tranny pump that took a dump... truck is up for sale too

yea, thats an MR and it looks worse out the hole cause his RT sucked balls.I belive we both had 1.7 60s on em
