I have made contact with MK.
He has been open and honest about the problems he ran into and knows that he dropped the ball big time. But he has continued working on the orders that he took and is trying to rectify this whole ordeal. Production issues and the quality of parts just did not live up to his or our expectations.
I once again ask that anyone not directly involved with this, to not get involved (Jimmy). While some people have lost all faith, I have not. I myself, put little value in the monetary amount that I spent with MK and instead realize that some things are simply out of our control.
This was a huge undertaking for anyone, let alone a single person. The fact that MK tried to build custom carbon fiber parts to begin with is commendable. The pressure he received after everything started to fall apart would crush anyone. While some of us lost a little money, he lost a community and long time friends as well as a potential company start up. Who knows how much of his own money (ours too, I know) he had tied up in this.
I do not believe for one second, that he took peoples money intentionally. I do believe that he is invested in this more than any or all of us that lost out combined.
And I believe him when he says he is still working on making the parts he has taken orders/money for.

I literally have a pile, of Syclone parts. Never should have tried to paint it that's for sure. But slowly been collecting parts over the last two years. Think I'm going to throw another big chunk of money at it this year and see if I get it going. Who knows.
And really, I know you are just trying to stand up for the people of the board. I just don't feel it will help any parties involved. Let's say MK is making headway on some parts. But then has legal charges brought against him that he has to spend time and money on. Production stop.
Or if he wakes up with two broken arms in the hospital. Production stop.
Whatever it is, it's just to late at this point. Now if anyone that was directly involved feels they want to pursue, whatever corse of action, by all means they have every right. But I think that ship sailed as well.
Jimmy, do you still have your Ty? And is it running? I can't remember for sure, but didn't the motor pop or something.

The paint booth I had access to turned into a wood shop. So it's still in primer ready for paint, the body has been like that for 6 years or so now.
2/3 years ago I parted the V6 out and 700r4. I want a LS/4l80 setup. I have the trans crossmember, the TC input shaft, and the billet adapter just laying around. I need to just commit and go buy a junkyard motor and a working trans.
I just look at it and see a pile of junk now days though. Haha. It just needs some love.

And lets be realistic. If mk was not capable of producing such order, maybe he shouldn't have taken the god damn pre order to begin with. Its bs. I was over it until i read that crap about hes lost more than us. Boo fuc&/g hoo. He hasnt made a effort to do anything for anybody on this board to my knowledge. He could pay me back $1 a week for the next 250 weeks and id be fine with that.

You all should know by now that Jimmy stirs pots he cannot lift, he makes threats he cannot fulfill and he engages in activities better suited for adolescents. I am almost certain MK still visits this forum and rolled in laughter at this foolish thread. I in no way condone what transpired with the CF purchase debacle but people inserting themselves in "the cage" and ranting without warrant or skill at an opponent who is not even in the building is borderline asinine.
Threads like this will only increase the resolve of MK to do absolutely nothing to compensate those affected, in part because of villains who fan flames that they have no part in.

I also do not hold grudges or get irate over things I cannot control. If you were "over it" 518 nothing I say or do should have any impact on you what so ever. So from now on I will keep any contact I have with MK private.

I dont stress over the $ or not having the part. Its the fact that myself and mk had a conversation on the phone for over an hour. We talked about how we both wanted to make every exterior panel for a sy in carbon. We talked about the reason he got into carbon was to build a wheelchair for his wife (i believe thats what he said)
. We made a deal that i would help him with the money to buy all the necessary items so that he could start working on making doors and box sides and a whole cab and in return he would greatly discount any work he does for me. Glad in the end i decided only to order the crossover first to see what type of work mk was capable of. And i can clearly see what he is capable of. Being a jerk off, hes really good at that. Thats what gets under my skin. When i say im going to do something, i do it. I hate people who cant keep their word.
