I like the look of it alot. Except it really needs a fog light valance to look perfect in my eyes.

Nice...so what's the deal with it? No info in the thread or your sig

I guess I'll have to start a build thread when I get some time ( I cannot do it properly from my phone). I bought it about 3 months ago. It has a complete SyTy drivetrain. I am slowly restoring it as $ allows. It needs a little work. It has a NV3500 trans. It's actually an 87 Blazer on the pink. It also has parts from a Camaro, newer Blazer, Corvette, and who knows what else. I have built a new intercooler, underdrive pulley, AC delete, and lots of little things. I will include more info when I start a build thread.

By valence do you mean a air dam? Or a bumper cover?

I agree that it looks like its missing something under the bumper, and it is. These trucks originally cane with a air dam. I mentioned on the first post that I will be getting an air dam. I think a bumper cover would look out of place without a full body kit. Plus I think they look kinda ricey.

Re: Glamour pics...

Ok, so I ordered that "valence" that you recommended from "parts geek". It isn't the highest quality fit but it does the job. My front end looks 100% better!

Thanks Ruddell!

Re: Glamour pics...

Perfect. I love this GMC Jimmy :D Are you putting in fogs?

I will eventually. I have more pressing issues for now. I am pretty much rebuilding the entire front end steering first. It needs new steering box (I got a close ratio one), lower steering shaft (I'm doing the jeep shaft conversion), steering column bearing, tie rod ends, ball joints, idler arm, pitman arm, and the list goes on...
