Very original 93 Ty in very good condition. Socal car for 19 years. Photos can be seen here: http://s1056.photobucket.com/albums/t377/tphilpot67/

I am the 3rd owner and have had it for 15 months now. Just don't have time to dedicate to it, nor the room in the garage. You have probably seen my posts about it running poorly--this is no longer the case. Runs absolutely beautiful now.

124,800 original miles.

Interior
Headliner is perfect
Dashpad is perfect
No tears in leather
Radio and Cassette work
A/C blows cold-Heater blows hot
Cruise works
Console hinge is broken but console intact and undamaged
Carpet faded but good
Original Spare time and kit
Overhead console perfect

Exterior
Original paint
All cladding intact
All center caps
Orginal Wheels
New tires
No cracks in glass
One decal slightly peeling
I have replacement decal for rear
a couple of small rust bubbles around the windshield

Mechanical
99% Stock
Recently rebuilt heads to factory spec
All top end gaskets replaced
Bottom end has been fully compression tested OK
New radiator
new heater core
25k miles on stock turbo
New fuel pump
new fuel pump regulator (stock)
new distributor and ignition
new coil
new plug wires
intejector have been cleaned and serviced
Transmission has a strong 1-2, decent 2-3 & 3-4.

What is not stock:
K&N filter
RPM cat back exhaust
Bilstiens all around
160 degree thermostat

All in all, I think I have about $15k in it. I am a realist, so I am looking to get $8,700 for it. If I can't sell it for that, I will probably part it out as the cladding, interior and drivetrain parts alone are worth 10-12k.

In the end, my loss is your gain.

Ty looks really good...love the White/White! Yours is in far better shape than mine was when I got it, and you are only asking $3,700 more than I payed. If no one is interested here, may want to look to ebay. They seem to sell well there, for the most part. GLWTS!

These two statements are somewhat inconsistent. You might not realize how much time is involved in parting out a complete truck (between the correspondence, stripping, packaging, shipping, etc etc)

Better, timewise, to let the truck sit outside until it sells as a WHOLE truck rather than parting it out.

If you're too busy to work on the truck (and believe me, I know exactly how you feel!), parting it out is not the answer.

Yea I know. I have a space issue as well. Would much rather see someone pick it up and enjoy it than butcher it!

I can vouch for all the effort that has been put into this truck. Trevor has bought a bunch of what the truck needed from us. He has diligently worked to make the truck right, and the pic prove it. Nice, well sorted truck,

California truck. Ain't perfect, but a great daily drive and 99% stock.

For $8700 you could bet $12k worth of parts! Anyhow, still for sale.

Bump.

First $6k takes it. I have had enough. Brake light and ABS light came on today. Just want out at this point. I am sure for someone who really enjoys tinkering with these trucks this is a dream deal.

Includes an RPM cat back exhaust that I replaced with stock.

I bought it as a daily driver and have spent way too much time working on it.

PM me if you have any more questions. Forgot to mention that it is smog certified for Cali as well.

Looks like your pretty close for a reliable daily. I think i would just deal with the abs/brake lite and keep the truck. ABS needs to be deleted in these anyways. Ask yourself this: could i re-buy this truck for 6 grand? If yes, then sell it. If not dont. My ty's not perfect, has its stupid issies but i can always count on it to start and run.
