I currently have 1 - 50# chip that I swap between trucks so no chip is available.

how much for complete engine and transmission ?

Good question. It would be a real pain to ship it but maybe $1500 + shipping. Its got a 150k on the stock bottom end with a 412 cam, new double roller timming chain, ac delete, 50# injectors. Trans I believe is an Art Car built trans, but I have no way to verify. Shifts just like a Ty trans should but I do have a weird problem where it locks and unlocks the TC while at highway speeds and that gets annoying. Haven't looked into fixing that yet.

trans and transfer how maney miles

As stated above, the trans has the TC issue that needs fixed, but it still shifts pretty firm. The mileage is unknown though so I offer no guarantees with the trans. So with that said, if you picked them up with the wheels, $400 for trans, $175 for transfer case. Just FYI, the transfer case has a different output shaft than the Syclone, so if thats what you want it for, it won't work unless you swapped yolks out or the output shaft itself.

What about the metal bracket for the #1 plug wire? My engine doesn't currently have it.

I should have that. $10 plus shipping?

What exhaust is on the truck?

Its a pieced together 3". Not really worth selling.

Sure can. They are a little sun fadded and on each one there is a very small nic on the side where the previous owner used a screwdriver to pry them off.

Let me know if thats the stock radio/cd player too...!

Pretty much the entire interior is up for grabs yet. I quoted someone else $300 for the entire center console with linkage, so that might be sold, not sure. It has a Pioneer cd player in it, not the stocker. The ash tray I think was ok, $8 plus shipping? All the seats and interior panels are up for grabs yet.

It has #50 injectors in it but I do have a set of #27 Bosch injectors That I took out of my Sy available. Prob around 50-60k on them. $100 shipped. The window trim is dry rotted, not worth selling. The air vents I gotta check the condition, but if they are good $10 + shipping.

21 posts, and you've sold what? A lot of inquiries for $10 parts; your prices seem reasonable, but it looks like you'll end up with less than $3,000 for your trouble, IF you get 2K for the cladding, which may take awhile.

You sure it's worth the effort to part it, instead of just letting it go whole for 4K or so, and be done with it????

I think it's really easy to sell the bumpers, some engine parts, the cladding corners and rockers, and pocket a quick $1,500 or so. But then you'll have the rest left over, with very low interest. Problem is without the above parts, you no longer have a complete Typhoon to sell. Just a "parts car" taking up space.

And don't forget the hassle factor. It takes a ton of time to keep track of this, (21 posts on the first day, and what have you sold?) get the shit shipped out, and payment collected.

The low-interest that affects the price of the trucks also affects the price of the parts. I feel it's more cost-effective to sell the whole thing, than part it out. But keep parting these out. Makes mine worth more.:tup:

I don't mind parting it out. And although it may not look like it from the posts, i'm confident it WILL pull more in parts than whole. I've gotten alot of pm's for parts as well so even if it takes a couple months, i'll have it all sold! (although you may see some liquidation prices towards the end! :lol: ) Like you said, just think of how much more yours is worth now! :tup:

I agree with the part out. not that I would do that but if your willing you can move all the parts over a period of time and have a constant inflo of project cash. rather than it sit in the drive for equally as long or longer! pics of door handle surounds?

Exactly! Plus i'm gonna start saving for a GN/ T-Type to mess around with. I still have the Syclone so that aint going anywhere.

On the surrounds, I have a mint set for $70 shipped, or an ok set for $45 shipped. The ok set is a little sun faded and each have a very small nic on the side from a screwdriver that was used to remove them. Let me know.

I know how picky you are with stuff, and not sure you would be happy with the grill. Its all there intact, but there are a couple chips in the paint here and there. I have both sets of grill letters too, red or black. I'll take some pics tonight of whats pulled and get some prices up in the first post.
